When booking through our call center you will receive an email immediately following confirmation of your payment. We will then send you a copy of this confirmation by email, which you will receive within 10 days. Along with your confirmation, in the post you will receive a passenger information form, which contains all the information that you have provided about each passenger at the time of the booking, as well as space to provide additional information such as passport details. It is important that you carefully check the information on this form and return the form with any missing information completed. You will receive your final travel documents 7-10 days prior to departure.

Our fully comprehensive itineraries include all of the ‘must see’ sights and experiences your selected destination offers. Many operators sell these as ‘options’ – but on a Riviera River Cruise you will miss nothing of importance. We do not sell you lots of additional excursions that just add to your overall costs. Final payment is due 91 days before travel and you can pay your balance by calling us on 888-838-8820 to pay by credit or debit card.
