In ordinary circumstances, commission is paid on the day of departure. However, if you client was due to travel on a cruise that was affected by the Covid-19 outbreak and transferred to a later cruise or took a cruise credit, commission will be paid on departure of the new cruise date, not the original cancelled cruise departure date.
As much as we like connecting with you by phone or online, getting together in person is even better. We regularly participate in trade shows and events and like to take this opportunity to meet with you there.
